These bushings have different ID bores ranging from 8.05mm to 8.60mm. I suggest to print the model with one of each and then check to see which one fits your shafts just right. Then use the SPLIT function in Slic3r to pick out the bushing that you need. Line up and print as many as you want. Dimensions are from left to right - all 15mm OD - 8.05mm ID - 8.10mm ID - 8.15 - 8.20 - etc etc. - 8.60mm ID . To check the fitment - slide bushing back and forth on linear shaft a few times to remove any tiny burrs and bumps on the teeth. It should loosen by just a hair after the burrs are gone. I printed these solid using PLA. Note that the bottom edge has a 2mm ID chamfer and all other edges have 1mm. This is to prevent possible bulging at the print bottom causing the bore to be tight at the bottom.
