Remix of guygagnon's dovetail mount for installing a Meade LNT module on an ETX-125 telescope. Use a module designed for the DS-series telescopes that plugs into an unused Aux port. The photo shows a Smart Finder red dot unit. Requires two M3x8mm socket- or pan-head screws to attach the module to the mount or dovetail. Use the original screw to secure the mount to the telescope body. Up to three M3 or larger thumbscrews or set screws are needed for the QD dovetail mount. Additional fasteners are needed if using the mount for an aluminum dovetail base. Drill and tap holes as needed.
