Got tired of fiddling with multiple coolant nozzles on the cnc so I modified an existing one. I forgot who uploaded, sorry. I’ll update when I find. This is for the 1/2” Loc-Line. I’m still testing different designs to determine the best stream depending on the coolant pump pressure. 2 files have straight channels of 0.04” and 0.015” (I think), and the other has angled channels to hopefully widen the stream. Printed in PLA 0.1-0.2 height; 2-3 walls; 20-100% infill. If you have a high pressure pump, try the wider nozzle with thicker walls,
