Inspired by the Hack a Day badge (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1562), we wanted to have a physical badge we could print to give to LM Labs members, but intitial responses were that we should have a skull and wrenches that were more realistic. So, using SSd's cleaned skull as a base, I modeled one of our wrenches, mirrored it, added it to the assembly file, and voila! Future revisions may include a void in the skull for pausing the print and adding an RFID coin to use as a key for Labs access. What is LM Labs? It is the automotive themed hackerspace where community members can come work on their own projects, and help develop future Local Motors vehicles. Instructions Have been successful printing at 0.27 mm layer thickness with 2 shells and 10% infill.
