Lock & Load Rotary Dryer

The Rotary Airer can be difficult to use when it is windy, both my elderly Mother and a friend struggle to hold the washing line and hang the washing out when it is windy. My Mother got a nasty bang to the head when the wind caught the rotary arms blewing the washing line into her forehead. This device enables the user to lock the rotation of the arms and use both hands to safely load the washing then release the locking device to enable free rotation of the rotary line to dry the washing. It would be a useful device we feel and could easily be incorporated to all washing lines as a standard safety feature. We have a patent and feel the design could be improved slightly, but overall we feel it would be an added benefit for just a little more cost. I feel it makes life easier and safer for people especially the elderly and people with disabilities who struggle with everyday washing.
