Lockbox with bolts and wrench. If you don't use the "complete" file and print in three parts, make the bolts thicker shell (or solid) for bolt strength. Layer height = .12mm for all 3 files. 4th file is all 3 files combined. For smaller printers, print the 3 smaller files one at a time. For larger printers, just print the one complete file. All threads are 3/8-16 UNC Class 3A Right hand. Outside box dimensions are 5" x 5" x 3.55". Inside box dimensions are 4.8" x 4.8" x 2.9". Updated Nov 17 2022 6:34am. Smooth out inside hex of wrench and outside hex of lid with Dremel or something similar. I added a single bolt file, in-case one gets broken. If a screw breaks off at the threads, use a pointed Dremel bit to make a hole from underneath, then turn a small screwdriver in the hole to get the piece out.
