<p>I've been having trouble sourcing elastic material for the Prusa Face Shield - so I decided to design my own adjustable head strap that can be 3D printed. One pushes the dial to lock the current setting, pull to unlock and adjust.</p> <p>Here's a video I made of them in action - <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSoVVIoDDiU">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSoVVIoDDiU</a></p> <p>V1 has the octagonal dial and I found a few things to improve on it.</p> <p>V2 has the triangular dial and manages to print faster and more improved that v1. I have plans for a v3 that will do away with the need for the M3x10 bolt + M3 nut.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>0.2mm layer height<br/> 0.4mm nozzle<br/> 3 perimeters<br/> 5 top and bottom layers<br/> 20% infill</p>
