Refer to "Steps" section belowhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rclzr24nS4 Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: Slicer Used: CuraEngine (RepetierHost) Print Speed: 30mm/s NOTE The success of building this puzzle depends on the accuracy of your printer. Some parts maybe be a tight fit if your printers is not calibrated well. I've scaled the gaps up a tiny bit to compensate for that. How I Designed This Idea I modeled this according to a wooden puzzle I have at home. I enjoy building little puzzles like this so I thought I'd make a 3D model and print one. Design I used a free/open-sourced 3D modelling program developed by a community of software developers. It's called HeeksCNC. It's a great free program with alot a great features. It can also be used for CNC mills/routers and creating Gcode files. I, however, only used to for the 3D modelling side and saved it as an STL file. Project: Logic Interlocking Puzzle Objectives Students can learn to think outside the box.
