Remove face plate and three screws, unscrew lens. Use screws to attach this adapter plate. For MacOS OSX users, there is an app in the app store called "Webcam Settings" which will allow you to adjust exposure times, white balance, etc. It works well. It's not my app. Dimensions are in inches.
