I've Remixed the Stl file of AntonyArt ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4302821 ) Please download following things there: "Main_New_v2" "Inner_Ring_v2" I improved the H pattern, due to the original breaking too often. My design releases stress, by shortening the geometry around the critical area and adding spaces for the material to flex. Printed with ABS, but doesn't have to be ABS.
