Logitech G25 Gas Pedal Pad Adapter

I managed to pick up a used Logitech G25 at a really good price. Most of the flaws were minor and cosmetic, but there were a number of issues with the pedals. It seems it had been set up for two-pedal driving, with a note about the brake and clutch potentiometers being switched (they had already been switched back?), the clutch and brake springs being swapped, but for some reason the brake pedal pad was bolted to the throttle and the gas pedal pad was missing completely. I picked up a Levoc LV-506 footrest/ dead pedal pad because it was the cheapest option that looked right. It's real metal, and either due to it being some sort of standard or pure dumb luck, two of the holes line up exactly with the holes on the pedal lever. However, maybe because it's not meant to be a real pedal, the holes are a bit higher and if it were mounted at the same level as the other two pedals it would hit the base. Anyway! What I've done here is design a spacer that could work with probably any pedals, and a backing plate made to fill the holes of the LV-506 pedal pad. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 1 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 25% Notes: You're going to put a lot of pressure on this, so print it strong. I initially tried printing it in ABS, but ended up going with PET-G at 3 shells and 25% infill. Neither part needs support or raft but I did use helper discs. I'm not sure how important it is that the square peg fits into the hole in the pedal lever, but I cut up some ~.4mm thick scraps from the helper discs and filled the gaps. The screws are M4-.70, I used 35mm length ones for this project but if you use a different pedal pad you can use shorter ones.
