Logitech G27 F1 style steering wheel with original buttons

This is my remix of the F1 steering wheel by S_Jackson (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3023908). - thanks for the awesome work He went for custom buttons but I felt like I could somehow use the original G27 buttons and put them on the new steering wheel. So I went to TinkerCad and filled the holes and I added an adaptor that I made by myself and sticked it on the top plate of the wheel. Works really well, the only challenging part is to run the wires the right way but it really is not that hard. To get the wheel mounted u will need to use an adaptor for 70mm wheel. (I used this one and it works with the wiring https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3837453) You will need M3 nuts and bolts for screwing the top plate together to the back and some M5 nuts and bolts to secure the wheel to the adaptor and base. The print takes quite some time but it is definitely worth it. The grips are harder to print, lay them flat, use supports and you should be good to go. I even printed a Ferrari logo and sticked it in the middle. (find and use whatever you like) For those who would like to use the button adaptor on other wheels, it is included in the download. Enjoy!
