Requires both STL files and one 25-30mm (1in. to 1-1/8in) machine screw compatible with the shifter shaft threads (I matched a nut to the original screw then matched a longer screw to that same nut at the hardware store). Use a fingernail near the leather seam to lift the plastic knob cap without damaging it. Drill out hole in the insert to clearance your new screw. The insert goes inside the shift knob to help support the new screw and the 8mm spacer goes on the shifter shaft. Mine printed a little oversized after changing printer firmware so I sanded the 8mm spacer smooth and will paint it black to match. This modification adds about 15mm to the height of the shift knob and, in my opinion, makes it feel less like a small toy. Very close to the shifter height of a Mazda MX-5 Miata.
