Some Logitech mice are known to develop scrolling wheel issues over time. The reason is that the pin that rotates the scrolling mechanism inside gets worn out over time. I used to buy replacement wheels online but they also tend to start causing issues in a year or two. I've googled 3d printable replacement wheels and tried a few. Most of them worked, but none felt as nice as the original part. In the end I came up with the simple solution of reusing the original scroll wheel by just replacing the problematic "pin" of the wheel. I'm very happy with the results, see the pictures for details and instructions. Since these are tiny parts that need to be precise, I made some adjustments to the prints. It's very important to have all the layers of same height (including the first layer) for printing a uniform hex pin. Also don't forget to print the pin horizontally as shown in the slicer screenshot. Layer height: 0.05mm First layer height: 0.05mm Detect thin walls (not sure if it made any difference) Slow print speed (20 to 30 mm/s) I've not added any skirt or brim. Used Esun PLA+ with Prusa MK3S+ I've included the two stl files, as well as the final 3mf file I've used for generating gcode for download. Hope they work good for you as well.
