update: the outer arm was made more ergonomic, and the headphoneRestrict part now rotates as much as the default. I don't suggest that you use the free rotating version, as your cable may twist (probably not a good thing, considering the lack of stress relief) My G430 headphones broke where the piece that holds the ear muff in place snapped. I quickly rigged this up to fix them. To use, print HeadphoneOuter.stl and either of the other two files. The two parts reuse the same screws that the headphones use, and fit together very well. I found that the original prototype I made did not rotate very well, so I created HeadphoneInnerFree.stl, which replaces HeadphoneRestrict.stl and allows it to rotate freely. I don't know if this is true for all, but I found that the cable was stretched after putting this together. You might not have the same problem though.
