My Logitech Harmony Mini IR Blaster (Logitech PN: 993-000191) was not working with my TV as the LG LG55UH615A TV has a narrow front field of view for the remote control. It is recessed in a narrow channel that is under the bezel. After testing, it was clear that the IR light needed to come into the front of the TV and it wouldn't work being bounced off of anything far away, so I created a bracket for the IR blaster to sit just under the TV and reflect into the TV's sensor. Now the Harmony Hub works every time, without fail. On the back, wire wrap posts lets you neatly store the excess IR blaster wire. Assembly should easily mount to tv and hold without any tape. There is a spot to use some thin double-sided tape if needed.
