Logitech Racing Wheel Improved Clamp Screw Heads

The stock clamp screws on these Logitech racing wheels don't have very much for you to grab onto, and then to bind to the desk, making it quite hard to loosen the clamps after a racing session. I designed an alternative cap for the screw that tightens the clamps, incorporating the clamp handle designed by Faztastic, but to be used as a permanent replacement for the stock screw top. I followed this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZtwlwZxVII) to disassemble my wheel in order to remove the tops of the screws. - Once disassembled, you should be able to remove the top of the screw with a pair of grips and a gentle back and forth pulling motion (see photo with wrench). - Once you've printed your replacement screw heads, you'll want to put the top casing of the wheel on BEFORE attaching your new top piece, as the new handle is too large to fit through the holes in the cover, so must be installed after the cover is in place. - Put the spring back in the screw, and just push the handles down over the threaded portion (pay attention to align the screw head so that the retaining clips slide over the correct slot on the threaded part. - Reassemble the rest of the wheel and enjoy the ability to loosen the clamps with ease!
