Logitech truck shifter knob with range/split

This is a shifter knob for Logitech H-shifters to add switches to be used for range/split in games such as ETS2/ATS (Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator). I designed it for my Logitech Driving Force Shifter but it should also work for the G27 shifter. The two parts are threaded so the upper part screws to the lower part. It is designed to be used with R13-402A switches. May be used with "zero delay arcade usb encoders" or DIY arduino joystick encoders. The use of supports when printing is probably mandatory, at least I can't see how it could be done without.
