Overview ------------ Background: Because my children and big dog keep to push off the repro from their stands, I decide to create wall holder for them. It is very simple design, right now allow just one direction move, but I work on second version, this will allow better positioning. There is one speciality of these repros, thread UNC 14, it is very difficult to get these screws in my country, so I just print them. :) Some tips: for printing of UNC screws, print more than one at once, so there will be time to cooldown material before next layer.(for PLA) Otherwise, you will see bad warping, and screw will be unusable. I can say, that it is applicable for all threads. Or, you need good circle fan, so you will be able to cooldown layer during print. Printing resolution is variable, just threads should be 0.1 - 0.12 max. Infill is upon you, just UNC screws should be 100%. (ofc, it's depend on material) I printed parts from PLA, and its good enough, anyway, PETG can be better. (I will use it for version 2, now this is prototype:) ) edit 1: uploaded redesign of UNC screw, now with inner hole of dia 3mm, so it is possible to use screw M3 to be more solid. And added special nut for tightening of UNC to holders body. Tested with PLA and PETG, it looks ok, with both material. If you will want to print more screws at once with PETG, be sure, that you mastered stringification of PETG.
