<p>Split into 3 parts and added slot for bolt in handle and hole for embedded nut in blade. Intended for 6-32 hex head machine screw and a 6-32 hex nut.</p> <p>You can probably omit supports on both blade and hilt. They're small enough holes.</p> <p>Guard will need them under the ends.</p> <p>EDIT:</p> <p>Uploaded V2. Wider parts so there would be two extrusions on either side of the nut</p> <p>6-32 hex nut is gonna be tight in the blade I actually ground mine off slightly on each side to make it fit. Might look at a square nut to save space. Hilt side fit perfectly.
