Once I started printing in Nylon I needed something to test the strength and endurance of the parts I made. 95%+ infill and 8 perimeters make for a durable wheel. The last pic is of two wheels in order to show the delamination that can occur at the edges. These where on a long-board that was towed behind a golf cart while my son tried to "drift" them. They have surprisingly good traction on concrete and asphalt. NO traction on flooring. I included the .ipt so that you could adjust the inner diameter to fit what your printer does. I found that I could adjust the bearing hole size by adjusting the flow rate of the extruder. Let them hydrate. Nylon gets tougher after it absorbs water.
