Longer LK1 Cable and Filament Guide
thingiverse
Cable/Filament Guide for Longer LK1 3D printer. It supports the hot end cables and guides the filament into the extruder. This minimises rubbing at the extruder entrance, and prevents fouling against the Z screw. The bracket attaches to the rear of the printer, close to the X-axis stepper motor. The bracket is intended to be used with a top-mounted spool holder. Please note, I have replaced the stiff trunking on my hot end cables with a lighter, more flexible braided sleeve (to reduce stress on the Bowden tube) and the bracket is sized accordingly. The filament guide is sized to take a short section of bowden tube (OD=4mm) to improve durability. I recommend obtaining a replacement bolt for the Z-axis roller: M5 Button Screw, length 45-50mm (To Be Confirmed), though the original screw just about works. Also I recommend adding a small cable tie, to secure cables in clip. I've included a slot/recess for this purpose.
