Longsword - Small Golf Disc

thingiverse

This is a small golf disc called the Longsword. It is a great and slightly understable outdoor driver. Indoors it makes a great target for knock-over targets like a highlighter pen because it is as large as indoor discs are allowed to be under the rules. It is 80mm in diameter and weighs 14+ grams in PLA. It's heavy, but it's thin. The entire profile is less than 8mm so it also cuts through the air. This disc is also found in the Disc Library here: https://smalldiscgolf.org/disc-library/#longsword where you can also download this .step file and the .step files for other small golf discs for indoor and outdoor use. This particular disc, the Longsword, is is great indoors and outdoors. It's a must-have part any collection of small golf discs! This disc model includes a print base which is like a raft except that it overlaps the disc itself. You break or cut the print base off after the print is done and you can sand away any remnants of it. The print base is required so that the disc can be printed on its edge.
