Wife wanted an adapter so that she could power her circular knitting machine with a battery powered screwdriver. Didn't see any pre-made devices that would work for her, so I made one up. She seems happy with it so far. Don't over-tighten your chuck. Keep the speed down. If your driver has an adjustable torque on the chuck, loosen it up. Better it slips there, than breaking something in the loom.
