Lossless air splitter and regulator

Lossless air splitter and regulator

I came out with a lossless design wich can prevent any losses that normaly are present when using an assembly (threads or plugs). I optimized all the structure so it can be printed without the need of any support. The air flow can be regulated precisely just by turning the two knobs. I also managed to put inside the plastic structure many sferical voids so the model can be modified with simple extrusion operations (just by adding and removing material)(see the renderings) The only operation you have to do, after the printing process is complete, is to mount the knobs to the main body. You have to rotate the knob while pushing it until you hear a clic made by the clips on the knob. the next step is to press and break the central pin printed together with the knob until you hear another clic. The pin prevents the knob to come out while it closes the valve so make sure it is pressed inside (you need to watch the markings on the knob and match them on the regulator bacause the two knobs are different)(see renderings) Watch the assembly on the 150 x 150 plane to know how the parts need to be positioned. The total volume of the parts (main body and the two knobs): 27,56 cm^3 And the total mass is 33 gramms. If i'll be able to print my model, i'll upload a video.
