I used the Elise Cup holder bracket by jwolfe138 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3575134) an added a circular base for the suction cup of the iOttie Easy One Touch 4 phone mount (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076B27WP6) I used Pan Philips metal screws #10 x 3/4" (1" might be better). I put jsut a drop of JB Quick Weld on the screw to help hold it in place. I printed at 100% infill so that the bracket would be able to hold the weight of the phone/holder
