My late grandmother gave this wood cutout silhouette statue to my parents back around when they got married, so for my mother's upcoming birthday I re-created it in Blender. Almost just in time for Valentines day, but with my PTSD and insomnia, I almost always miss a deadline. I wish I knew who the original maker was, or who came up with the design, but for all I know, it was the carpentry equivalent of a downloadable model, like it was taken from a book of ideas. So even if I planned on charging for any of my work, I couldn't charge for this. And I'm making it free for commercial use. I included a simple stand to hold up the two pieces. You can print the pieces together, or separately for different colors, but they will print as two unconnected pieces using Silhouette Both Pieces.stl. I recommend 10-15% infill for the silhouette, and 20-30% for the base, mostly to make it bottom heavy. Not sure about thicker nozzles yet, but perhaps I'll try it to see if the detail still holds up. If you scale the model down, 75% for instance, scale the base to 76% so it's not too tight to fit. And if you scale it up, you can keep the thickness of the 2 parts at 100% so that it's not a ton of filament. In that case, 150x150x100 for the pieces, and scale the base to 150x100x100. This will keep the slots in the base the same thickness. You can scale the height up too if you'd like, but the Y Axis must stay about the same, or perhaps 99% to snugify it a little.
