low friction lm8uu (no chatter)

tried a few other linear bearings/bushings and they caused too much friction and/or chatter so I came up with this low friction version. I have been using these very heavily for over 7 months printed in petg, abs and pla.. the pla versions are starting to show signs of wear (getting slightly loose) the others seem to be doing great.. you can customize the length to whatever you need..
