Low Hardware Talon Claw U but Longer (LHTCUBL)

Meet the Low Hardware Talon Claw U but Longer, a remix of Sillybutts' original Low Hardware Talon Claw U. My primary objectives while remixing the files were: 1 - Increase the draw length and volume of the blaster to approximately the size of a Caliburn. 2 - Increase the strength of the parts to do so smoothly and reliably. I added 50mm to all of the parts that play a roll in the stroke of the blaster, which should get very slightly more than a caliburn. I added a 3rd priming bar to the system between the pull grip and rambase, which adds 50% more material to add strength. Being on another side of the rambase, it adds a good amount of rigidity into the system beyond just more material (A triangle is stiffer than a flat plane). I'm pretty happy with the results, so I'm releasing it back to the community to enjoy. Early testing of the blaster with K26 and a too-short barrel landed around 280 FPS. A good round of tuning and further developemtns (still in progress) should allow for even higher numbers, if desired. I've tested the blaster with K31, K25 and K26, which all worked, so there's a decent amount of flexibility from most of the usual W.B. Jones springs. My personal examples of the 788 spring seem to be a little larger OD than spec, so didn't fit where they were intended. I slightly increased the size of those holes enough that they should move smoothly, but it remains unconfirmed (let me know!). ====== GENERAL NOTES ====== THIS BLASTER IS BASED ON THE LOW HARDWARE TCU BY SILLYBUTTS. THIS BUILD REQUIRES A LARGER THAN STANDARD BUILD PLATE 3-D PRINTER. THE FILES, AS PROVIDED, CAN BE AS LONG AS 350mm LENGTH, SO A BUILD PLATE 250mm BY 250mm IS AROUND THE SMALLEST YOU COULD GET AWAY WITH. YOU MUST PRINT TWO OF THE BOLT ARM RIGHT FILE! THE SECOND GOES IN THE TOP POSITION TWO SPRING CAP OPTIONS PROVIDED; BUFFER TUBE AND DART ZONE. I DID THE DART ZONE VERSION BECAUSE THE COMPACT NATURE OF THE ADVENTURE FORCE SPECTRUM'S STOCK. THE BUFFER TUBE FILE IS UNTESTED, BUT HAS WORKED IN SIMILAR CONFIGURATIONS BEFORE. THE 3D PRINTED BARREL'S DIMENSIONS CAN BE FINICKY DEPENDING ON PRINT SETTINGS. YOU MAY NEED A DRILL BIT OF THE ASSOCIATED SIZE TO CLEAN UP THE INSIDE TO FIT THE APPROPRIATE BRASS.
