Low poly mask party mix

Low poly mask party mix

thingiverse

This mask is a remix of kongorilla's excellent low poly mask, made possible as he kindly supplied his Blender source file. This was printed for the Rumpus Gold party in London from gold silk filament; the planes of the low poly mask lend themselves well to this lovely shiny material. The major modification to the original file was the removal of the chin and the mouth sections, allowing the partygoer to drink even from pint glasses. Other minor mods were moving the eyes up a little and pushing together to match my own, raising the outer corners of the eyes for a slightly more creepy effect and, after solidification of the surface, moving the internal bridge of the nose back a little for strength. This mask was printed at 100% infill density on a Creality Ender 5, which took a little less than 24 hours. If scaled correctly to match your head this mask will stay on as printed, without the need for elastic.
