This is a medusa like creature I 've made for a project I am making in UE4. I am making an alien planet and this is on of the first creatures. There is an loop float animation which is very bad an sloppy , but the rig is working fine and if you can manage to make a better animation with it I will be happy to see. But I am not promising this will work on your project .
