This a remix taking ideas from several similar designs. The main change was to remove the filet on the base and slider that was causing the piece being clamped to lift. Hardware used: M5 Heated insert https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GHNJWLS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 M5 Aluminum rod https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KJMYNHK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I am thinking about subbing the aluminum with an acrylic rod. You could model the guide rails on the slider but I wanted to avoid supports and post-processing. M5x20mm Knurled Thumb Screws https://www.ebay.com/itm/195284980992 Any of these can be substituted for whatever hardware works for you. I've include the Fusion360 file if you want to mod this. Forgive me for my limited F360 skills.
