Low-Profile Dovetailed CNC Clamp

Low-Profile Dovetailed CNC Clamp

thingiverse

After not being able to find the perfect clamps for the hybrid bed of my CNC machine, I decided to make my own. These clamps are inspired by some commercially available ones, and I have added a dovetail joint to provide superior strength and grip. The clamps are 23mm wide and designed to fit into the slots of the hybrid table on my CNC. They are extremely low-profile, yet still able to bite and hold the material quite firmly. Each clamp will require the following additional nuts and bolts: 1X M3 12mm hex head 1X M3 Nut 1X M5 16mm Bolt 1X 3030 Series M5 T-Nut (or whatever your track uses) Each "Stop Block" requires: 1X M5 16mm Bolt 1X 3030 Series M5 T-Nut (or whatever your track uses) Enjoy!
