Exactly what the name says -- this is simply a drastically shortened version of the standard Caliburn mag release lever. Intended mainly for use with the JET Katana mag adapter, so that it doesn't get in the way of the adapter's own mag release. I personally find that it's still long enough to work for regular sized mags as well, but YMMV. I also like the minimalist aesthetic. UPDATED: 2 June 2018: Added one extra ridge on the bottom of the mag release for a better grip.
