Low-profile Tented Kyria Base/Case

This is a very low-profile tented base for the [Kyria](https://splitkb.com/products/kyria-pcb-kit) split keyboard. It is tented at a 4 degree angle. I use choc switches, but they aren't required for this to work. If you want to use this case, you need the following parts: 1 - left tent 1 - right tent 2 - switch plates 10 - M2 x 6mm machine screws 10 - M2 [tapered heat-set inserts](https://www.mcmaster.com/94180A312/) 16 - [rubber dome bumpers](https://www.leevalley.com/en-us/shop/hardware/feet/bumpers-and-pads/62152-dome-bumpers?item=00S2003) It is sized so that some form of bumper feet is required to keep the edge of the PCB from hitting the desk, so make sure to add them. While only the switch plate is shared with [Stephen Onnen's Kyria Case](https://github.com/splitkb/kyria/tree/master/3D%20Printed%20Case), I did use that project as a significant inspiration.
