The LCS USB Audio microphone comes with a tripod stand, but it's not very low profile and doesn't fit under my monitor where I wanted to put it for videoconferencing etc.. This is a really simple basic but effective holder to put the microphone on a desktop. I used rubber feet on the bottom to isolate it a little and stop it skating around the desk.
