The thing is required to mount fullsize mudguards onto the bicycle suspension forks without a screw hole. There are also upper gorilla mounts for different forks available. Print two clamps, one is to be mirrored, and one upper gorilla mount. Other hardware required: M5 hex bolts, 15mm for gorilla, 35mm for lower clamps, and nuts. ABS/PETG is recommended due to its flexibility.
