Lowered Extruder - Mod/Redesign for BondTech BMG Drive Gears

This extruder housing is designed to fit the BondTech BMG Drive Gears with its tensioning lever. The mounting point of the V6 hot end is lowered by about 20mm. This allowed me to mount the extruder on top of a MGN12 rail together with a 2020 aluminum extrusion without sacrificing free space between the 2020 extrusion and the brint bed/top of the print. The extruder gears are arranged upside down. Therefore the e-stepper direction needs to be inverted. A teflon tube is inserted at the top of the extruder to guide the filament. This part needs to be printed with low tolerances, since the bearings and shafts have to fit precisely.
