This is a belt adjuster to be used on the LowRider V2. It also doubles as table endstops to keep the machine from running off of the table. The adjuster screw also make for easy belt adjustment and good positive belt retention. You can put one at all 4 corners or just 2 if you have a preference. The Belt Tension Block is designed so that the 10mm belt slides in from the back and comes out the nut side of the block. Double the belt back on itself and pull it back through the slot and the wedge in the block will lock the belt in place. IF your belt is on the thin side just add a small piece of printer filament on the inside of the loop that is doubled over on itself and then it will not pull through the slot. See belt trap picture above for a visual of the belt path. Parts you will need to complete the assembly and install. As far as hardware goes metric or imperial use what is available to you. This is what I used on mine. 4 Belt tension blocks 4 Belt Tension Housings 4 Belt Tension Block Cover 4 10-32 X 2.5 inch screws 4 10-32 nuts 8 screws of your choice to mount the block to the table top.
