This penholder fits over this dust adapter: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4132032 It holds a regular-sized Sharpie pen. There are two threaded 4mm holes for set screws, one for the pen, and one for the main barrel. I chased these holes with a 4mm tap and the screws work well.
