Better Components Available Here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3170962 Basically my interpretation of the Rostock Delta Printer. Most parts were redesigned in Freecad to suit my requirements better. Original parts printed with a Prusa i3. Flanged Motor and Idle ends so that adjustments can be made easily and accurately. The motor end frame makes an excellent mount for placing the heated bed on. Easy removal of the bed allows for quick access to be electronics underneath. The wooden frame was needed to give the rigidity the printer needed to operate at all but the lowest speeds and ensure excellent print quality at higher speeds. The pivots use Jaws and 3mm or 5 mm aluminum rods which are forced (hammered) into the jaws, no glue needed. Used Richraps geared extruder (Gregs) printed a lower gear ratio so that Retraction speeds are greater but still has greater filament pushing power compared to the airtripper extruder which I never got working reliably. In the original design I had a slight play in the linear bearings, I tried different makes and combinations with smooth rods but could never get rid of the wobble, so printed some long carriages, 3 linear bearings per axis, and they are wobble free.
