LS3 Spring Retainer for 11mm springs

Remixed the spring retainer for the 1/3 scale LS3 engine so that commonly available 11mm OD springs will work. The springs I used were ordered from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08VD8JGXW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 The fit of the spring is a bit tight on the new retainer, but that's the way I wanted it. I typically run my Horizontal Expansion setting at -0.1mm and Hole Horizontal Expansion at 0.1mm, your mileage may vary.
