This is a frame for replacing the wheel on a piece of rolling luggage. Instructions I have lots of extra used skateboard wheels and bearings, so I designed this frame to hold one of them. Uses a 5/16 bolt for an axle and M4 or 6-32 bolts to attach it to the luggage
