Luke LS6 V2 Lightsaber Chassis

Luke LS6 V2 Lightsaber Chassis

Chassis for the LS6 Luke lightsaber available from the custom saber shop. There are two configurations available, the hero version and the V2 version. This is the V2, it allows for having the built in crystal chamber covered by the clamp, but in my version you can still rotate the upper ribbed section and expose a crystal chamber if you like. The lip on the end is to hot glue on a pogo pin connector. The turnable kill key is included so that when the upper pogo pin section is pushing against the whole chassis, it'll want to be pushed out towards your end cap. This kill key allows you to keep it in place and not have your charge port short out on the end cap. Instead of having to pull out the kill key, you just rotate it and it works as if you removed it. I would suggest you pull the key out and reseat instead of twisting to turn it off. Print in PETG, 20% infill and .20 or better layer heights. I print it standing up with the charge port side flat against the built plate. Supports are easy enough to remove. Print is about 4 hours this way.
