<p>Here is my Luke Skywalker lightsaber featuring a slide-open control box to reveal the internal circuitry as featured in a deleted scene from Return of the Jedi. Took a bit of effort to get the circuit to look like the one in prop photos.&nbsp;</p><p>Use supports for the control box.&nbsp;</p><p>The circuit board uses color swapping to get multiple colors with a single print nozzle. It needs a smaller nozzle for all the detail to show but also works with regular .4mm just with less detail. I used a .25mm nozzle for it.&nbsp;For the little wires, I printed a flat red disc with a skirt and used the skirt material for the wire, but I also included a model for it.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Here is a guide that explains how color swapping works, at least with Prusaslicer: <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/color-change_1687">https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/color-change_1687</a></p>
