I love the Open Hardware Assembly Instructions (OHAI) by Lulzbot for building the Cat Guard Enclosure. 4 of the 6 mm acrylic plates need notches cut to accommodate the cube corner connectors. I cut these myself with a mini hacksaw. This is a cutting template which can be used on all four corners. See the Cat Guard Plates reference.
