Lulzbot Mini filament cleaner

Having been bitten by some clogging recently I decided to design a filament cleaner that fitted nicely on the extruder of my Mini. There are two pockets for the idler bolt nuts that I used to mount the cleaner on the extruder body. I added a drip of (IKEA) mineral oil to make sure all dust stays in the sponge. update: I shaved a bit off of the studs to make them fit slightly better. I think you still need to file them down until they fit snugly though. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.250 Infill: 85% Notes: I printed it standing up using buildplate support because I wanted the inserts to have a bit more tensile strength. I cut one centimer of the short side of a scourer and keep the rubbing/green part of the sponge on because it isn't in the way for proper operation. Post-Printing You probably have to file the inserts a bit to make them fit snugly.
