Lulzbot Mini filament spool bushing w/ flange, 38mm spools

I had noticed the jerky behavior in unspooling filament during prints on my Lulzbot Mini, so I was glad when I came across the thing this is based on. However, the inner diameter of the filament spools I used was smaller. I created this design to use it on these spools (inner diameter ~38mm) Printed without supports in ABS. Tested on the factory spool arm and ~38mm interior diameter spools. UPDATE, 24-Mar-2016 : Added version with a flange. The idea is to prevent vibrations from causing bushing to shift and spool to slip off of one end. Source on GitHub Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 10% Notes: Should print as-is with bridging, though feel free to turn on supports. Printed in ABS on my Replicator 2X. Fits great on the LulzBot Mini. Post-Printing Installing on printer Should just overlay onto the factory filament spool holder arm inside the spool. How I Designed This Reference design I imported the .STL from the other design (there was only an .STL available) into OpenSCAD, and used it as a rough guide.
