I believe there is a very similar file already on thingiverse, of this exact type of design. I made this component back when the M175 was announced and couldn't be bothered to upload it. Intentionally installs exactly the same as the standard blower shroud. Requires a single heat-set insert, which can be taken from the old shroud. This print must be done in ABS or something similar, so it can withstand the heat.
