Lulzbot Taz 4/KITTAZ Bed Corner for use with the PRINTinZ Printer Plate

This is a printer bed corner that is a modified version of the original. This modified part extends the top portion of the bed corner so that the awesome printer plate from PRINTinZ (http://printinz.com/300mm-x-300mm-printer-plate-taz-4/) can be held in place. This allows for the bed finger to more securely hold both the original plate and the PRINTinZ printer plate without bowing it up. See the pics for the before and after! Instructions To make the original screws work, I also inserted the same heat-set threaded insert used by Lulzbot (found here: http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/121/3303/=vidgdr). The top of the part is wider to allow the inserts to slide in a short distance and guide it when you're using the soldering iron to install it. Be sure to install the inserts about halfway through the bed corner so that the original screw can reach the threads. Otherwise, it's a simple swap--all of the same hardware will work.
